We recently rolled out a new quoting platform to our California agents, which we built to fit our goal of improving user experience, convenience, and overall speed of quoting and writing policies. As with any transitional period, we want to make sure that our California producers are prepared to handle the change and have created various materials to assist with this shift.
We know that one of our most used and valued resources is our in-house call center; however, we are also aware that high call volumes can cause extended hold times and impede your progress. With this in mind, we have created a producer training manual to help you navigate the new system.
