For every three (3) Earthquake policies bound with an effective date from 2/1/17 to 4/30/17, you will receive a $25 gift card.

All policies are eligible including new business to Farmers and renewal business that is part of the book transfer!

Pacific Specialty Insurance Company Earthquake Incentive Program

This promotion is for every three Oklahoma Earthquake policies bound with an effective date from 2/1/17 to 4/30/17. Entry forms need to be received by 11:59 pm on 5/12/2017 to be eligible for the gift card.

We will have three payment periods:

First payment period (2/1/17-2/28/17)

All forms received by 11:59 pm on 2/28/17 will be validated against our policy records.

Second payment period (3/1/17-3/31/17)

All forms must be received no later than 11:59 pm on 3/31/17 will be validated against our policy records.

Third payment period (4/1/17-4/30/17)

All forms must be received no later than 11:59 pm on 5/12/17 will be validated against our policy records.
