Roth, Forster power Pacific Specialty Insurance Company into 2015

(Menlo Park, CA – January 2, 2015) Leading property / casualty insurer Pacific Specialty Insurance Company adds Cindy Roth as Senior Vice President of Sales & Distribution. She’s spent 10 years at The Hartford, the last three as the SW Division Executive, Roth’s experience and strong leadership will make it easier and more efficient to do business with Pacific Specialty Insurance Company.

Among her first moves is the promotion of Jason Forster to Director of Sales. Previously a Regional Sales Manager at Pacific Specialty Insurance Company, Jason will now share his insights across the entire agency distribution force; acting as a mentor to Regional Sales Managers in all territories.

New leadership within the company is complemented by changes to the organizational structure. The robust Inside Sales Team at Pacific Specialty Insurance Company has doubled in size, providing more personalized service to a larger segment of producers. This will allow for direct interaction with dedicated team members specializing in sales, customer service, underwriting and accounting.

Technology is another point of emphasis, with new infrastructure and functionality in place on the Pacific Specialty Insurance Company website. “We’re here to make the whole process a fast, easy experience. As always, producers are the priority,’ says Roth.
