We would love to welcome Bill Walls to our Pacific Specialty family as our newest Regional Sales Manager. A 2007 graduate of Biola University, Bill majored in business and swiftly transitioned into the insurance industry, a field he has been in for over 26 years. Formerly, Bill spent 3 years as a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner, 6 years as a Life Insurance and Financial Services Consultant, and 17 Years with Pacific Life Insurance. When asked about why he chose to work in the insurance world, Bill says that he “wanted to stay in a field where [he] worked with people that are salt of the earth kind of people – people that are honest and have the values and personality traits that I also have.”
Born and raised in Diamond Bar, CA, Bills is currently a resident in Chino Hills living with his beautiful wife, Heidi Walls. Together they have one child, Alicia Walls, and are looking forward to becoming first-time grandparents to twins soon. In his spare time, Bill loves routing for the Cleveland Browns, LA Dodgers, LA Lakers, LA Kings, and the UCLA Bruins. He likes playing golf and softball and spending time with his wife barbecuing in their backyard, swimming in the pool, and listening to good music with a cigar and some 12-year-old scotch. Some of his favorite memories come from camping in the Sierra Mountains and taking his boat out on Lake Mojave or the Colorado River.
Bill is the newest member of our team and we are so happy to have him. When asked about why he chose to join our company, Bill said:
“To me, PSIC represents family and teamwork at its finest and has that small company feel that I have missed. After interviewing and meeting some of my peers, I now understand how special of a company this truly is.”
As for his future with our company, Bill would love to finish the next 10-15 years of his work career bringing value to producers, tackling challenging situations head on and building lifelong relationships across the board! He would like to use his many years in the business to be a mentor to the younger generation, carving out their own niche in their career.
