This year has been another year of personal growth for Pacific Specialty Insurance Company. I am so grateful to be surrounded with resilient and hardworking individuals who have taken any unforeseen circumstances, changes, or obstacles in stride. Both our employees and our producers have proven themselves time and time again after another claim-heavy year and I cannot be more thankful for everyone’s ability to remain steady and unwavering.
In 2019, we have been fortunate to introduce a lot of new, cutting-edge technology into our business and have also made incredible improvements in the way we communicate with our agents and customers. I am very proud of the way our employees have adapted to all of the important updates we have made and want to personally thank our producers for trusting us with their business. With growth comes growing pains, and I am so very thankful that you have stuck by us through thick and thin.
This year, we introduced an internal award granted to an individual (or, in this case, two individuals) who exemplify all that we stand for at Pacific Specialty Insurance Company. We outlined this award and the recipients in last month’s newsletter , but I would like to personally congratulate Kaylene Hahlbeck and Paula Quase for this honor. You both are exactly the caliber of employee that makes this place run so well, and I could not be more grateful to have you both as cornerstones of our company. Kaylene and Paula are wonderful representations of our four pillars: family, trust, profitability, and home. To both of you, I say thank you.
Listen, we’re not perfect. Nobody is. We are constantly improving and always listening to what you need from us, as the producers who help us grow our business. We gladly receive constructive criticism from you and do our best to turn it into actionable results.
Our goal is to continue to be your preferred company to write business with and we want to make sure the lines of communication are always open for you so that we can always be bettering ourselves. We are so fortunate to have an amazing community of people who work for us, with us, and lean on us in times of need. I continue to be in awe of this great company that my father started and hope to fill his shoes in the best way that I can.
So, thank you. Thank you to everyone who makes this company run – from the employees to the producers, the customers and everyone in between. I am forever grateful.
